Dorte Mandrup added about 1,600 square meters underground, lighting the new level through four crystalline courtyards that echo Jacobsen's classroom-courtyard grid above.
- 2009
New facilities were added beneath the building, with light brought in through an atrium opening onto the school courtyard. Parts of the older building were restored and repainted, including the assembly hall.
