Red brick industrial heating plant constructed to supply Klippan, burning wood chips and coal until closure in 1957.
- 1996
After years of vacancy following the industrial shutdown, the building was adapted for cultural use and launched its exhibition program in 1996, beginning the transition from derelict boiler house to active arts venue.
