  1. 1666-1668

    Conversion

    After Lund University was founded, Liberiet was taken over for teaching by the Faculty of Philosophy.

  2. 1765

    Conversion

    A fencing hall was created on the upper floor.

  3. 1843

    Renovation

    A large renovation with new larger windows;the upper floor became a rehearsal room for Akademiska musikkapellet.

  4. 1890

    Conversion

    The building was converted to a boiler house for the cathedral, a function it kept until 1966.

  5. 2015-2019

    Restoration

    A thorough renovation stabilized the construction, repaired vault cracks, replaced all services and prepared the building as Pilgrimscentrum Liberiet, reinaugurated on 13 October 2019.
