Ball-game and skating sections were added to the original cycling track.

The cycling sport moved to Magistratsvången while Rörsjöplanen remained associated with ball games and school sport.

A memorial plaque was installed at Löjtnantsgatan-Kungsgatan to mark the historic sports-ground location.
